What is Dropshipping?

It is a method of shipping and delivery of orders in which your store does not need to have the products in inventory. Garpe Group -Garpe Interiores & Ethan Chloe- is in charge of, when you sell certain products to your customers, shipping directly to the final customer, using the address you indicate in the corresponding field and applying the necessary costs. This service is subject to additional conditions established by Garpe Group -Garpe Interiores & Ethan Chloe-.

Service conditions, exclusive for Spain Peninsula:
  • Minimum order with a subtotal of 200€*.
  • Only products in stock are shipped.
  • Reference will always be made to the amount of the shipment, not the amount of the order, since only the merchandise in stock will be taken into account for the calculation of the shipping costs.
  • Orders will be delivered to the door of the final recipient, provided that there are no obstacles such as elevators or narrow stairs that prevent delivery. The customer is responsible for verifying that access to the delivery location is possible. If a return is made for this reason, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
  • All bulky products over 2 meters may be subject to extra shipping charges.
Dropshipping terms and conditions
  • Minimum shipments: 200€* per shipment subtotal.
  • Shipments from 200€ to 500€*: 35€ per shipping subtotal.
  • Shipments over 500€*: 55€ per shipping subtotal.

If the order is picked up directly at our facilities:

  • Minimum order: 200€* per shipping subtotal.
  • Order from 200€ to 500€*: 15€ per shipment subtotal for special handling.
  • Orders over 500€*: 20€ per shipment subtotal for special handling.

 

(*) Cost excluding VAT

(**) All Dropshipping orders require extra handling, protection and packaging in order to arrive in perfect condition to the final customer taking into account all the manipulations that may be carried out by the transport agencies.

Incidents

In the event of any incident with the order, our customer must follow the return policy established by Garpe Group -Garpe Interiores & Ethan Chloe-:

  • In order for the credit memo to be processed favorably, any incident must be noted on the proof of delivery.
  • Incidents should be sent by our customers to the following e-mail address: admin@ethanchloe.es within 5 working days from the date of delivery, this being the maximum term.
  • There will be no pick-up of dropshipped goods that are in good condition.

 

The use of this service implies the acceptance of the special conditions of the dropshipping service.
